Our membership plans are designed for patients who do not use dental insurance. Patients pay an annual fee directly to the practice for preventive care and discounts on restorative treatment, dental merchandise, and whitening treatments. It isn’t necessary to submit any insurance claims or preauthorizations because the plan is offered directly through our practice.
